Hydraulic Press Brakes - A Brief

Hydraulic press brakes are the machines used in industrial purposes mainly for the bending of sheet metal products. These press brakes provides reliability of operation, low cost of production and ease of performance. All steel structure press brakes consist of side frames, ram, I-beam type table and pair of levers manufactured from ultrasonically tested steel plates. All sections are designed to give minimum deflections and maximum rigidity. Pair of hydraulic cylinders are synchronized by a heavy duty torque tube welded to the levers to ensure absolute parallelism between them and table working surfaces. Santec's engineering/manufacturing process assures unrivaled precision and durability for years of trouble-free service. To ensure necessary effort and travel cross, there is a rigid steel beam. Progress of the beam is controlled by linear displacement sensors, ensuring uniformity of pace and the synchronization of traffic.

Power Pack Unit
The low noise Hydraulic system is designed as per international practices and assembled with internationally reputed make components. Valves are mounted on a specially designed compact manifold block minimizing pipings and chances of leakages. The large sized oil reservoir provides adequate cooling. Imported sealing kit prevents scratching of bore in case of seal failure and backup seal offers additional sealing enabling to use machine for sometime at a little pressure drop while awaiting seal replacement, thus avoiding downtime.
